Terms and Conditions


RATES
Rates are expressed in USD United States Dollars. It is very important to say that we customize the tour packages, according destine, ages, number of days, features of accommodations, restaurants, transportation, season, etc.

ITINERARY
The itinerary is planned with great care. Nonetheless, for logistical reasons, it may be necessary to change the sequence of activities in the itinerary or specified route. Therefore, the itinerary should be treated only as a basic guideline though the number of attractions visited will not change.

POLICY FOR CANCELLATIONS AND REIMBURSEMENTS FOR HOTELS AND CONTRACTED TOURS
• Notifications of cancellations and requests for reimbursements must be made in writing and include all pertinent information (name, date of arrival at first destination on itinerary, contact information), and they will all receive immediate attention by us. Please write to: manager@myperuadventuretours.com
• If a notification of cancellation is received 30 days or more before the date of arrival at the first destination on the itinerary, the full deposit made for the trip will be reimbursed after discounting administrative expenses.
• If a notification of cancellation is received 15-29 days before the date of arrival at the first destination on the itinerary, the reimbursement will be subject to 30% cancellation fee subtracted from the total cost.
• No reimbursement will be made if the notification of cancellation is received 14 or less days before the date of arrival at your fist destination, or in the case of a no-show by passenger(s) or for cancellations made during the trip itself.


NOTICE:
Some suppliers have more stringent cancellation policies regarding costumers. Thus, on any reservations of groups involving 10 or more people, the providers of services reserve the right to apply a penalty of 25% on cancellations made between 45-90 days before the date of arrival at the first destination on the itinerary, and a penalty of 100% on cancellations received less than 45 days before the date of arrival at the first destination on the itinerary.

During high season, Rebethed Adventure Tours E.I.R.L reserves the right to change our cancellation policies, if our suppliers should apply further penalties apart from those stated above.

PAYMENT TERMS:
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all requested services must be paid in full and in advance following the instructions below. Personal checks are not accepted

CARDS
Only electronic payment by Credit Card, or Debit Card, or through PayPal will be accepted.

RESPONSABILITIES
In all travel arrangements, Rebethed Adventure Tours E.I.R.L acts on behalf of and to the order of our customers, providing on their behalf the transport means, lodgings or other required tourist services, and Rebethed Adventure Tours E.I.R.L can thus not assume any responsibility for cases of accidents, losses, delays or disasters or other acts that do not involve our responsibility, especially regarding itineraries and schedules.
